Lavender is to tea, as grapes are to wine - there are hundreds of varieties and they all have unique characteristics. The differences in lavender plays a large role in whether or not the lavender is fit for the culinary arts, or strictly for its fragrance purposes and used in soaps or lotions.

It is our mission that we take our findings and change the way the world views the wonderfully delicate flower that is our pride and joy, lavender.

After sampling a multitude of local lavender and choosing the best variety that enhanced all of the senses, we were able to create the best lavender teas on the market.
